Collette has lived in the Appalachian Piedmont all her life, starting in Maryland then in North Carolina since 2005. She worked as a Corporate Paralegal, specializing in Ethics and Compliance, before becoming licensed for insurance and going into practice in 2019.

She has helped hundreds of people learn about Medicare and ACA, including doctors, homemakers, plant workers, business owners, attorneys, accountants and sometimes even other insurance agents.
